Do you really pick up and drop off for free?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off is free within our Nairobi service areas for qualifying orders. Outside those areas a small rider fee may apply — we always tell you before collection.
How long does laundry take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Same-day service is available for orders collected before 10:00am, subject to load size.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are returned dry within 24 to 48 hours depending on thickness and weather. We use extraction to remove as much moisture as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, cash on delivery and bank transfer for business accounts.
Are your products safe for delicate fabrics and car paint?
Yes. We use pH-balanced, fabric-safe detergents and non-abrasive car shampoos, and we sort delicates separately.
Can I book a regular weekly service?
Absolutely. Choose a monthly package on our pricing page or tell us your preferred day when booking a pickup.
Which areas do you cover?
Ndumberi, Kirigiti, Ting'ang'a, Riabai, Thindigwa and the surrounding estates (Fourways Junction, Edenville, Mushroom Gardens, Five Star Paradise Runda, Runda Paradise, Muthithi Gardens, Riverview, Summerfield Homes, Iguta Paradise & Ineza). Free pickup days are Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
